Not your typical garlic bread but it's still as good! |
Kadang-kadang kita teringin nak makan, tapi dalam hati, lecehnya nak kena keluar pegi cari Pizza Hut atau mana-mana restoran yang ada garlic bread ni. Wanna make your own garlic bread for breakfast, or maybe dinner? Or as a side dish? Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
Baguette/White bread (remember the white bread pizza? there are a lot of things you can do with white bread y'know!)
1/2 cup of butter (go for light ones)
6 cloves of garlic
Chopped parsley
*A tin of mushroom soup
Methods:
- Blend the butter, garlic and chopped parsley till it turns into a mixture.
- Spread the mixture on the bread.
- Bake the bread in the oven for 6-8 minutes at 180-185'C. (feel free to wrap it in aluminium foil if you want to).
- Once it is done, serve it with mushroom soup!
