Oh my, lamanya tak upload blog masakan! Maklum je la bila kat Sabah, I kan 'bujang'.. memang tak masak.. makan luar je. Bila balik Semenanjung baru la rajin nak ke dapur hehe.. But since dah balik Semenanjung for good, mungkin blog ni akan lebih active (kot). Jom masak!
Ok, hari ni nak ajar buat pizza cara yang paling mudah!
Remember the loaf of bread lying in your fridge? Well, other than toasting or making french toast out of it, why don't use it as base for your favourite pizza toppings? Kurang-kurang tak payah nak buat base bagai.. senang kan? After all, pizza dough tu kira roti gak kan..
WHITE BREAD PIZZA
Ingredients
White bread.. ikutlah nak berapa banyak
Pasta sauce (if takde, guna tomato sauce pun boleh)
Cheese (mozzarella/cheddar) - I guna cheddar btw (nak ngabiskan stok dalam fridge hehe)
Toppings:
(Ikut suka hati - I buat 2 jenis here)
Chicken breast meat + capsicum + mixed veggie
Sausages + raw onion rings
*boleh gak if nak letak tuna/crabstick/pineapple/thousand island (ala-ala island supreme gitu)
Methods:
- Dice/slice the chicken breast meat, sausages and capsicum. Put aside.
- Sapukan roti dengan pasta sauce, then put the chicken breast meat, capsicum and mixed veggie or sausages and onions. Top that with cheese.
- Grill or bake them for 8-10 minutes. Siap!!
Flexible, senang, mudah, dan yang penting sekali sedappp! It also helps to habiskan roti, pasta sauce, cheese and daging bagai.. lebih baik dari di buang begitu sahaja! Jangan lupa cuba ya.. sesuai di buat breakfast ni!
