Fried Macaroni and Mixed Salad

One word... voila! =D


Fried Macaroni
  1. Boil some spiral macaroni with a pinch of salt, drain and put aside.
  2. Fry onion and garlic in a pan for about one minute.
  3. Put in some chilli paste and mix well.
  4. Brown some minced beef or chicken.
  5. Add three spoonsful of tomato puree and vegetables like carrot, capsicum or zucchini.
  6. Add the macaroni.
  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Stir well.

Mixed Salad
  1. Boil some potatoes and sausages, drain and cut into pieces.
  2. Chop some apples, strawberries, carrots, tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
  3. In a big bowl, toss all the ingredients with mayonnaise and sprinkle some pepper.
  4. Add some sultanas or raisins.
