Baby Kailan with Tofu

Simple yet appetising.. best served with hot rice.. try it!

  1. Brown chopped onions, garlic, ginger, red chillies and some anchovies for about one minute.
  2. Add 4 spoonsful of oyster sauce and 2 spoonsful of water (depending on how thick you want the gravy to be), stir well.
  3. Put the tofu slices in and let it simmer for a while.
  4. Add the baby kailan and sprinkle salt and chicken stock granules to taste.
  5. Stir well.
