- Brown chopped onions, garlic, ginger, red chillies and some anchovies for about one minute.
- Add 4 spoonsful of oyster sauce and 2 spoonsful of water (depending on how thick you want the gravy to be), stir well.
- Put the tofu slices in and let it simmer for a while.
- Add the baby kailan and sprinkle salt and chicken stock granules to taste.
- Stir well.
I am no professional chef, just someone who really enjoys cooking, baking and trying out new recipes. And more, much more than this, I do it my way.. With style, of course.

Baby Kailan with Tofu
Fried Macaroni and Mixed Salad
One word... voila! =D
Fried Macaroni
- Boil some spiral macaroni with a pinch of salt, drain and put aside.
- Fry onion and garlic in a pan for about one minute.
- Put in some chilli paste and mix well.
- Brown some minced beef or chicken.
- Add three spoonsful of tomato puree and vegetables like carrot, capsicum or zucchini.
- Add the macaroni.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir well.
Mixed Salad
- Boil some potatoes and sausages, drain and cut into pieces.
- Chop some apples, strawberries, carrots, tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
- In a big bowl, toss all the ingredients with mayonnaise and sprinkle some pepper.
- Add some sultanas or raisins.
