Japanese Cotton Cheesecake

Japanese Cotton Cheesecake



Bahan A
250g cream cheese
50g butter
100ml fresh milk

Bahan B
6 biji kuning telur
2 tbs jus lemon
1/4 tsp garam
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
60g tepung kek/ tepung superfine
20g tepung jagung

Bahan C
140g gula kastor
6 biji putih telur
3/4 sudu kecik jus lemon

Methods:

1. Panaskan oven at 160°c.
2. Beat Bahan A sampai sebati / use double boiler sampai cair.
3. Campurkan Bahan B ke dalam Bahan A dan gaul sebati. Put aside.
4. Beat Bahan C (meringue) sampai bertanduk (soft peak).
5. Fold the batter into the meringue and combine well.
6. Line your pan with baking paper pastu baru tuang the mixture. Hentak2 sikit utk kuarkan udara.
7. Bakar guna water bath (letak pan dalam pan yg lebih besar berisi air panas) for 45 mins - 1 hour.
8. Cool for about 30 mins to 1 hr pastu chill for at least 4 hrs. Kalau overnight lagi sedap.

This has got to be the best homemade Japanese cotton cheesecake everrrrrrrr!! Super moist, fluffy and velvety soft.. it simply melts in your mouth and one slice just ain't enough! Haha sape lagi nak puji kalau bukan diri sendiri kan kan kannn... Cuba tau!! 😁😁😁
