Ingredients:
500gm potatoes
3 garlic heads
2 spoonfuls of butter
4 spoonfuls of milk
salt and pepper

a cup of water
2 beef cubes
1 spoonful of corn flour mixed with water
1 spoonful of butter

Methods:
- Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters. Boil them with crushed garlic.
- Once cooked, drain and mash the potatoes.
- In a pan, saute butter and mix with milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Next, mix the potatoes and the mixture well in a bowl. Put aside.
- For gravy, boil the water, add beef cubes, butter and corn flour.
- Stir well.
- For serving, put a few spoonfuls of mashed potato on a plate and pour the gravy on top of it.
